The Wingsland S6 is super simple to hand launch and land
The ability to hand launch and hand a land a drone is something that is often overlooked. There are times when launching a drone from the ground isn’t the best option, such as when the ground is wet and muddy (you don’t want a dirty drone right?), and there are times when launching a drone from the ground isn’t possible, such as when the ground is rocky and uneven or when you’re surrounded by water.
It is not possible to hand launch and hand land many drones, even though they are small and palm sized. Some of these small drones have huge controllers which require both hands to use them, which makes hand landing impossible. Some of these small drones won’t land unless the surface is totally (and I mean totally) flat, which makes hand launching/landing possible, but very inconsistent. By this I mean sometimes the drone will take off/land and other times it won’t, which is far from ideal.
Personally, I think a drone you can’t hand launch/land is pretty useless and I would never recommend one. Whilst there are drones out there you can’t hand launch/land, there are several drones you can and the Wingsland S6 selfie drone is one of them.
The Wingsland S6 selfie drone is a small, foldable drone with a 13 mega pixel stills and 4K video camera. This little drone is a top performer and the auto take-off/landing means you can hand launch/land it quickly, easily and consistently. Don’t believe me? The Wingsland S6 selfie drone is a great drone and one I highly recommend.
